Six Figure Revenue · 16 Months · Zero External Marketing BudgetThe Company
Rêve Health was a precision women’s health platform I co-founded, designed, and led, combining 107 biomarker testing with Traditional Chinese Medicine, functional medicine, and personalized concierge care. We built what we needed ourselves, after years of being gaslit by the medical system and dismissed despite documented symptoms.
The Build
I designed and executed the entire go to market strategy: brand architecture, positioning, member acquisition across organic, referral, and partnership channels, full funnel conversion flows, and a member lifecycle program that increased retention by over 40% and LTV by 32%. Six figure revenue in sixteen months with no external marketing budget. Full P&L ownership throughout.
I built the company’s entire business model, editorial voice, its content engine, and its clinical communication framework, translating complex biomarker science into language women trusted and acted on. That translation came directly from my journalism background and is what made Rêve different from every other longevity brand in the market.
Becoming the Definitive Voice for Midlife Women’s Health

Women between 40 and 55 are one of the most research driven health audiences online, searching every day for answers their physicians have not yet given them. The most credible voices, health systems with actual clinical expertise, were almost entirely absent from that conversation. That gap was the opportunity.
The Work
We mapped the search landscape across three campaign areas, finding over 1.75 million monthly searches across 6,200 keywords with virtually no major health system meeting women there. We built a three layer strategy, defined physician talent profiles, content architecture, and keyword foundations for each area.
We identified a layer of emerging research no health system was yet communicating: the connection between vascular health in midlife and long term Alzheimer’s risk. That became the strategic core of the cardiovascular campaign and the kind of insight that builds lasting patient trust.
Strength for Caring
J&J’s First Integrated Caregiving Platform · Rosalynn Carter InstituteThe Platform
Strength for Caring was Johnson and Johnson’s first integrated digital caregiving platform, built at a moment when the convergence of elder care, family health, and digital publishing was almost entirely unmapped. I served as Executive Producer and Editor in Chief, leading strategy, editorial direction, and content development from inception.
The Work
I managed cross functional teams to deliver health content that was both clinically sound and genuinely accessible to family caregivers, a population that was stressed, time poor, and deeply skeptical of corporate health messaging. We partnered with the Rosalynn Carter Institute for Caregiving to establish the platform’s authority.
I presented at the national launch event alongside First Lady Rosalynn Carter, who articulated the philosophy that became the editorial spine of the entire platform: that self care for caregivers is not a luxury but the prerequisite for caring for others.
